2010 Banquet Dinner Menu

 

Limited Menu Policy - Policy allows that groups under 15 may select up to (3) Entrees, 16 - 49 people two (2) choices, and over 50 people one (1) choice ONLY. Guests are responsible for place cards on events with (2) entrée choices. All salads, dressings, starch and vegetable choices must be the same on groups of 16 or more.

Selections must be reported a Minimum of 1 week prior to event. Guarantee guest count is required 72 hours prior to event; otherwise, expected number will become billing number.

*House or Caesar (add $.50++) Salad (pre-set or served)

*Choice of (2) Ranch, Italian, French, and Raspberry Vinaigrette

Salad Dressings served Family Style

Hot Buttered Corn, or Steamed Broccoli

REPRESENTATIVE’S COMBO $19.50++

hand breaded and lightly fried Jumbo Shrimp (3) served with Chef’s
