Membership at Top of the Tower

Membership at Top of the Tower is an exclusive benefit of being a part of our organization. Our board is elected by our members, who collectively govern the club.

 

Benefits of Membership

Membership entitles you to...

• Access to the club for yourself and any number of guests you wish to bring.
  
  
• Access to 3 private golf courses on a pay-per-use basis including Lake Perry Country Club, Berkshire Country Club, and Prairie View Country Club.
  
  
• Access to any of our reciprocal clubs across the globe.
  
  
• Free reserved seating when you choose to dine with us.
  
  
• Free parking in our attached covered garage.
  
  
• Unique menu items found nowhere else in Topeka, as well as made to order meals when requested in advance.
  
  
• Discounted service for Banquets and Meetings of up to 250 people.

 

Membership Levels

There are four memberships from which to choose. Each has its own specific cost; therefore we have listed our dues schedule for your consideration. Plus, each has some differences on payments for dues and other limits to the use of the club. They, too, are presented. When you have chosen the membership that fits your needs, please fill out the amount provided in the cost sheet enclosed and forward it to our business office or visit the club. Once we have received your completed application with payment, you may begin using the club. A membership card with an account number will follow. Please allow 3-4 weeks for new-member processing.

Resident Membership - $56.64 + Tax A resident member has the flexibility to use the club for both lunch and dinner. Dues are billed monthly, along with any additional charges. Along with your monthly statement, you will receive a newsletter with a calendar of events and times when the club will  have special events and private functions.

Professional Membership - $28.00 + Tax A business membership is ideal for business professionals who feel they would get the most benefit from luncheon use only. Unfortunately, it is not as flexible as a resident membership. With this membership, payment is required at the time of each visit. Business/Personal checks and Visa/MasterCard/AMEX are accepted.

Non-Resident Membership - $36.12 + Tax A non-resident membership is for persons living outside of Shawnee County. Once again, the flexibility of a resident membership applies. Dues are billed monthly, along with any additional charges. Along with your monthly statement, you will receive a newsletter with a calendar of events and times when the club will have special events and private functions.

Junior Executive Membership - $31.46 + Tax The junior membership is set-up for young families at a much lower cost. However, this cost is only available until the member reaches the age of 35 years. The flexibility of a resident membership applies. Dues are billed monthly, along with any additional charges. Along with your monthly statement, you will receive a newsletter with a calendar of events and times when the club will have special events and private functions.
