What are the hours of the Club?
Lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner is served Thursday-Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The City Lights lounge is open 4:30 p.m. to close, Thursday-Saturday.
Must I have reservations?
Preferably, but we also know that is not always possible. However, we strongly recommend calling ahead, especially between the months December and April since the dining room is very busy during these months.
Who can use my membership?
Your spouse as well as all dependents under 21 years of age may use the Club with no additional fees added. Club policy allows guests to dine with you. Visa and Mastercard accpeted
Do you have membership parties?
Yes, the Club's monthly newsletter lists dates and times of upcoming events. All monthly newsletters are mailed to your home address
Is the Club open on any holidays?
Yes, unfortunately the Club is closed whenever the bank is closed do to a holiday. The Club is open Mother's Day and Easter Sunday.
Who do I contact if I have questions regarding the Club or my membership?
If you would like to schedule a special event, contact the Event Coordinator. If you have questions regarding your monthly statement, contact our office, and for general questions contact the General Manager. All of these people can be reached by calling 785-354-7746.
When will I receive my bill?
The Club bills the first of every month and payment is due by the end of the month in which the statement is received. Membership dues billed on the statement are for the upcoming month and charges are for the previous month. If payments is not received by the last day of the month the statement is received, a 1.75% finance charge is added to the outstanding balance.
Will a service charge be added to my bill?
Yes, a 20% service charge is added when you use the dining room or lounge. A 23% service charge is added for all reciprocal members and any use of our private dining rooms. The service charge is used to generate more competitive and reliable wages. Many other restaurants pay service staff a lower base rate as they rely on tips to stimulate personal income. Top of the Tower challenges its service staff to earn more competitive wages through product knowledge and professionalism. We do allow our members and their guests to leave gratuities.
Should I decide to resign, what do I need to do?
The Club must receive a letter of resignation.
Are the monthly dues applicable in the month I resign?
Yes, as well as any charges incurred.
